What are the payment options?
We accept Credit and Debit cards for all online puchases.E-wallets will be accepted in due course. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please message send a message to adlina via WhatsApp your oders an explain that you wish to make payment via online transfer. We do not do cash on delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to enjoy our teas to the fullest. We will happily replace your tea if you return the tea in its original packaging and explain to us the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We do not make replacements based on the following reasons: tea tastes do not commensurate with your tastebuds (as differenet people have different tastebuds!) or the colour of the tea (as different teas have different colours based on tea types, tea brewing times and tea picking seasons). We do replace teas if the tea packaging is torn.
Do you offer gift cards?
